If I could give it 0 stars I would! Please don’t step foot in this place unless you want your vehicle damaged. Look at the other recent reviews of how people vehicles were damaged from a simple oil change. We went in for an oil change and left with almost $1000 worth of damage. The worst part the technicians said the car came in that way. I couldn’t believe it. The general manager checked the camera and said we were right and cooperate said they still won’t pay. This place needs to be shut down. The technicians aren’t skilled to do basic oil changes.Now we have to go to small claims court. Don’t do it! Find somewhere else!!!!!

I had an absolute amazing experience here! Cory is amazing and very knowledgeable when it comes to working on your car. If I had any questions, he was able to answer without hesitation! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! Service was fast and reliable. Will definitely be coming back.

This business runs scams. Don’t fall for it. I have a 2015 Mercedes C300 4Matic. I called for a price of a full synthetic oil change with filter. The person on the phone looked it up in their system and quoted me $89. 10 minutes later ai arrive and tell the attendant what I am there for. She pulls out a laminated sheet of paper and says because it’s a European car, the cost is $149. I explain that I literally just got off the phone with them. She says it must be a technician and he doesn’t know prices but because he quoted me, she will give me the Manager Special of $20 off. I couldn’t drive away fast enough and you shouldn’t either. I wonder how many people show up and just pay it? Beware.

Absolutely do NOT recommend Grease Monkey. My husband had service here successfully when it was Fast Lube Plus. That is most likely what the 5 star reviews are based off of. This location is no longer a quality car service location. He took one of our vehicles for an oil change less than 2 weeks ago. We now have oil leaking out all over our driveway. I took a day trip to Greensboro yesterday in this vehicle. The oil is almost empty now! We're lucky to have caught this before major engine damage was done. We will never do business with Grease Monkey again. Edit to Add - they failed to tighten the drain bolt. Basic step and no excuse for this.

Very friendly and welcoming team. Fast and high-quality service every time. They handle everything from fluid and filter replacements to full vehicle inspections. Prices are fair and reasonable. They really pay attention to every customer and every small detail related to your car. I manage a fleet of 20 vehicles and service all of them here. Highly recommend these guys!
